Hey yall! Sars and our friends are having a barbeque tonight with all our friends for memorial day! In my opinion, it is extremely hard to avoid eating unhealthy at a barbeque let alone a party, however it is possible! It is okay to indulge yourself every now and then, but if you're wanting to stay more on the lighter side, I would recommend drinking a full glass of water before your meals and continuously sipping on it throughout the night! This keeps your stomach fuller so you wont feel the need to eat more and your constantly keeping your mouth busy! If water doesn't keep your mouth occupied and you need a little more flavor, head toward the veggie tray but be aware that veggie dip can be high in fat intake so use sparingly! Have a great and healthy memorial day everyone!
